I thought I might stop by and make an entry. The most exciting thing to happen to me since returning from holiday and having my 25th Birthday. It's been 4 months and I have been and come back from Europe. I can't believe how fast this year is going!!

In less then 4 months I will be at this time, waiting in an airport to catch my flight to Amsterdam!! I am very excited about this!! I have started to make my plans for what to do once I am there. Life is going ok I recently finished a stint working in the rehabilitation team at my work. I had a fantastic time! And while working there I was able to make further steps towards my trip to europe and england this year. I have put in for rec leave and am just to buy my ticket now. I am going to see a bank about getting a credit card, that when i buy my ticket will give me travel insurance for free! Which will be very nice. I plan to spend a week in the UK, a week in belgium and 3 week...

Well, it's been 6 days (in Australia, 5 days according to JU) since I was last 23. 24 has not been so bad. Just wondering if there is something I should know about being 24, something I need to start to plan for? Anyone? I have officially finished the academic year, so now I get to rest for a few months before starting again next year. I am find that joeuser loads extremely slowly.... I am on DSL and have no other problems with other websites. I love spring!! Flowers are blooming, magpies are attacking/protecting their nest, hairy (winter) legs are being revealed by the wearing of shorts... I have moved areas at work. I am now working in High Security. But the area I am in is a medium level of security for high security (if that makes sense). There are 10 consumers and they are all "high functioning", on my first day they were all out of the ward by about 10am. I enjoyed working in medium secure. A few people who I have chatted with, when I said I was coming from Medium Secure pretty much indicated that I would be fine in High Security. Some even said I could have started...

So in the past two months what has been happening? Two months has passed in what has felt like 2 days. I have got to know people at my work. A real eye opener. I went to a dinner for a chap who was moving areas. Nice indian food I met my great uncle from holland. lovely man. Used my duress at work for duress purposes, not just hitting it on a chair or filing cabinet. No one was hurt, but a rather nasty verbal exchange over cigarettes. Oh my stomach fat! I ordered a uniform... well... let me just say this. if you are a size 18, you are a stick size 18. Not the pudgy, extra layers that i am. Of course what makes this worse is...
